I originally chose this item for the functionality of having multiple types of heads however, I also thought it was a power bank which was my mistake. Tried to show the measurement it does retract smoother on the USB side than the three style prong side. The little phone stand pull out does work well. Unfortunately my iPhone 11 OtterBox defense case too thick on either side of the charging port so I will have to use this charger more for my iPad, Nintendo switch, etc. Also did not speak with seller. Cool multi-purpose item though 🙂
